Terms of Service

The service

Revnew builds and manages a marketing system for septic contractors: a custom website, Booking Tool, AI Chat Widget, lead forms, Reviews Portal, SEO and GEO work, and Google Business Profile setup. There is no upfront build fee. Everything is covered by the subscription.

Pricing and billing

• Monthly plan: $194 per month, billed monthly, month to month, with no long term contract.
• Annual plan: $1,940 per year (two months free compared to monthly), billed once per year.
• Prices are in US dollars. If pricing ever changes, existing subscriptions keep their price through the current billing period and get clear notice before any renewal at a new price.

Cancellation and refunds

• Monthly plan: cancel at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty. Once your cancellation is processed, service and future billing stop, and you will not owe anything further. Monthly payments already made are not refunded.
• Annual plan: cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation stops service and future renewal once processed, and you will not owe anything further. Unused prepaid time is not partially refunded.

You own your accounts

Your domain, Google Business Profile, reviews, Google Calendar, Booking Tool, and AI Chat Widget accounts stay in your name. If you cancel, you keep them, and your website files can be transferred to your own hosting.

What we need from you

• Accurate business information (services, service areas, license details where applicable).
• Access to the accounts we set up or manage on your behalf.
• Content that is yours to use and legal to publish.

How results work

Revnew builds the system that helps homeowners find, trust, and contact you. We work to improve visibility in traditional and AI assisted search and strengthen lead capture, but results vary by area, competition, reviews, and market conditions. We cannot promise a specific ranking, AI inclusion, lead count, or revenue.

Third party services

Parts of the service run on third party platforms (Google, Calendly, Tawk.to, WhatsApp, hosting providers). Their terms govern their platforms; we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes, but we will always work with you on a fix if one affects your system.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Revnew's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We are based in San Francisco, CA.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes get direct notice to active customers before they apply.
