Who we are

Revnew builds and runs marketing systems for septic contractors. This policy covers the revnew.tech website and how we handle information when you contact us or book a demo.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us. Name, business name, phone, and email when you book a demo, email us, call, message us on WhatsApp, or use the AI chat.
• Usage data. Pages visited, clicks on booking and contact buttons, device and browser type, and approximate location. Collected through Google Analytics cookies.
• Booking records. The times you pick when scheduling a demo.
• Chat records. Messages and contact details you enter in the Tawk.to AI chat.

Tools this site uses

• Google Analytics (GA4). Anonymous usage statistics via cookies (for example _ga). Google's own privacy policy applies.
• Calendly. Handles demo scheduling on the booking page. The details you enter go to Calendly to create the appointment.
• Tawk.to. Provides the AI chat widget. Tawk receives the messages and contact details you enter and uses cookies and browser storage to keep chat sessions working. Tawk's privacy policy applies.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with us inside WhatsApp; Meta's terms apply there.
• Google Fonts. Type is loaded from Google's servers, which see your IP address when the font loads.
• Netlify. Hosts this website and keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, pages requested).

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies and Tawk.to cookies, local storage, and session storage. Tawk uses them to maintain chat sessions, recognize returning visitors, and keep conversations working across pages and browser tabs. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the AI chat may not work correctly without Tawk storage.

How we use your information

• Reply when you reach out through the AI chat or another contact method and schedule your demo.
• Set up and run your service if you become a customer.
• Understand which pages help visitors so we can improve the site.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not send your data to third parties beyond the tools listed above.
• We do not run ads or advertising tracking pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

Contact and customer records are kept while we work together and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' standard retention settings, and chat records follow the retention settings in our Tawk.to account.

Your choices

Email admin@revnew.tech to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. California residents can make these requests under the CCPA; we honor them for everyone.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
